| Rules & Regulations for the Camps |
| 1. |
Charges Rs.150 only . Strictly for 50 on first-come-first-served basis. book in advance over phone. |

Campers must arrive at the ashram by 6.00 pm on Thursday. Bring with you simple cotton clothes, bedding and |
| torchlight. Women should bring churidhar and men, trousers to be worn during the constitutionals. |
| 3. |
Paste, Soap, Shampoo, Cosmetics, Watches, Jewels and cell phones are prohibited along with intoxicating drinks. |
| 4. |
Come mentally prepared to make the best of ashram life. |
| 5. |
During the camp days, contacting persons outside the ashram either imperson or over the phone is strictly prohibited. |
