Aravindh Herbal., was established by Dr.P. Rajalingam, having 40 years experience in the field of Herbal and Siddha Science. Sri. R.Aravindhan, son of Dr.P. Rajalingam, the Hereditary Practitioner of Siddha is the Managing Director of the Company.

The company was established in 1992; in a small area was manufacturing about 40 siddha medicines. The company has gradually developed to manufacture 140 siddha medicines by 1995., further the company was expanded and changed its constitution in to a private limited company in a new expanded building of 10,000 square feet RC structure in 1998 in nature based location at 4th kilometer, very nearer to Western Ghats and Sanjeevi hills where plenty of herbals are available in fresh. And there is a suitable atmosphere and these innovative changes uplift it to increase our range of products to 300 numbers and the company became one of the leading manufacturer of Siddha and other alternative medicines within a short span of time. Further recently we have introduced our Ayurvedic and Homeo products, which is another development to serve the society.

At Present the company extends its marketing in Kerala, Karnataka, Maharatra, Andhrapradesh, West Bengal and Assam and we are doing field work to promote our business in all over India as the Company has potential and productivity to cater the requirement throughout India. Further Our products are well established in foreign countries such as Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Singapore and we are going to move ahead directly in the best way.

The company is attaining the leading level in the market because of the quality of the products at affordable price with an effective marketing strategy. As we never underestimate the importance of quality and giving health.

More over, the company manufactures and markets the most wanted Ayurvedic sastric medicines, to share the products with Ayurvedic consumers.

In addition to these sect oral achievements, the company is also manufacturing more than 350 homeopathic medicines further the company is adopting the Dr.Samuel Haneeman’s methodology, the founder and father of Homeopathic medicines and which was followed for about 230 years all over the world.

Production/ Process :

The AHL (P) Ltd., mostly believes the good minded dedicated staff and level headed workers than machinery. Before starting the daily work, meditation and sankalpam are being under taken by all the workers and staffs to give complete health and peace to the humanity.

The company is strictly adopting GMP i.e. Good Manufacturing Practice from raw material to finished products. The company is well equipped with sophisticated modern machinery but, we perfectly match the tradition with technology to preserve the best quality of its products.

The production process adopts hygienic method by cleanliness, untouched by hands cleaned stainless steel vessels.

The raw material are procured from more medicinal value herb which are available in the nearby areas and also from the place where the raw materials have more medicinal properties. The company is giving top priority to the quality only not to the cost of the material. The company never encourages the procurement of subtend raw materials. The company also prefers the buy-back arrangements with formers by providing more medicinal value herbal seeds to obtain the best quality raw material.

The best quality of raw materials are further cleaned to remove any foreign materials carefully and forwarded to grinding section. Even though the modern machinery are used for grinding, the quality of the ground material is never reduced. Because the company adopts non-heated method of grinding and gets the perfect quality equivalent to the traditional method of grinding.

Process and production of medicines are also done by traditional method of preparation with modern heating methods to obtain the best quality. The company adopts traditional siddhar’s method for example to produce medicated oils, fresh leaves, barks etc are used and prepared with sesame oil or coconut oil. TO get the best quality oil the company prepares its own coconut and sesame oils from the quality coconut and sesame seeds.

Our company never uses ready made extracts and use only farm fresh pure natural herbal extracts, which are produced by itself, are used for the preparation of medicines.

Our company never uses synthetic flavors, artificial coloring agent, fragrance, because it is very conscious in the quality and naturality and effectiveness of the products.

The manufacturing processes are standardized and computerized for 0% error.

QUALITY CONTROL :

It is the quality, which distinguishes us from the others. Everyone in the company is well aware about the quality of the products. The quality control department is monitoring the quality of the products at all stages i.e. Inch by inch of the movement from the raw material to finished products. The lab testing equipments are geared up to maintain the quality. The quality control lab is well furnished with modern equipments to monitor the quality in each and every stage of the processing and if any least quality or inferiority arises at any stage, the whole batch will be completely rejected and destroyed. Our company is more conscious that the medicines are meant for curing the diseases and not for the commercial purpose to make money alone.

PACKING :

The products are packed in a hygienic atmosphere and some products are packed even in air conditioned room and also some products are packed in 0% infected chambers. The company is using food grade packing materials, which are not reacting with medicines. The cleanliness of the area, product packing materials are strictly followed. Modern machineries are installed for hygienic, untouched with hands and faster packing all the rooms are fumigated with natural herbals, fumes to avoid evil effects and filled with positive energies.

The company has also started its own in house training programmes which have been designed specially to fulfill the developmental needs to appraise and polish the worker’s to cater our targets. And these type of innovative experience will encourage them to accept more challenges.

More than 50 women self help groups are formed to uplift themselves for the self reliance and self support.

To promote the herbal awareness among the public and students our company formed gardens in Governments sector offices schools and colleges. Regular classes are conducted for interested persons about our traditional system of medicines, herbals, body anatomy, physiology and Nadi Sasthirma to make them self healer to their family members and society. In addition to that, we are conducting diploma courses in naturopathy, herbal medicines and Ayurvedic Panchakarma therapies, which is ongoing.
