Terms and Conditions
This Price List supercedes all our previous
price list and circulars. Retail Prices in this list are net and inclusive of
all taxes and Trade Prices are exclusive of taxes and are subject to change
without prior notice.

Sales Tax (Central)

Central Sales Tax @3% or as applicaple from time to time (As per Government Rules) To Expedite execution of
orders, customers are requested to send their central sales tax
declarations and relevant forms, as applicable, along with their orders.

Delivery
|

F.O.R. Delivery to the
nearest railway station or by the cheapest alternative mode of transport on
order of Rs.10,000/- net and above.

|
Payments

Orders from dealers should
be accompanied with full advance of the orders. All transactions will be
made against cash or through scheduled bank.

Claims
|

All Goods are checked and
packed with utmost care under strict supervision and are sent at customer's
risk. Our company holds no responsibility for breakages, shortage,
leakages, damages, delay, etc., once goods have left our go down.

Credit or Exchange

Goods once sold against
specific orders cannot be accepted back by us or exchanged.

Supplies
|

Execution of orders will be
subject to availability of stocks and at our convenience.

Jurisdiction

Every sale and contract is
subject to Rajapalayam / Sriviliputtur Jurisdiction.
